On Friday 2 December 2022, The Law Society of New South Wales officially launched its State Election Platform.
The 2023 State Election Platform outlines the key law and justice issues that we believe are important to Law Society members and seeks commitments from political parties to implement positive law reform should they win government.
The Law Society has written to all major parties and crossbenchers in NSW, calling on them to provide detailed responses to the key issues in the lead up to the March 25 State Election.
